Ingredients to make Coconut fudge

  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • dessicated coconut - 1 cup
  • Milkmaid - 1 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • ghee - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp

How to make Coconut fudge

  1. Take a pan. Add milk. When it boils add sugar. Keep the flame low.
  2. Now add cocoa powder and stir well to prevent lumps. Make a thick syrup. Keep aside. This is chocolate syrup.
  3. Take a kadai. Add ghee. Keeping the flame low, add milk powder, dessicated coconut and mix well for a few seconds.
  4. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  5. Switch off the flame when all the ingredients blend well. This is white chocolate.
  6. Take a tray greased with ghee. Apply a thick layer of white chocolate .Then spread a thick layer of chocolate syrup and keep in freezer to set for 2 hours.
  7. Once set, cut into desired shapes.

My Tip:

The white chocolate layer should not be too hard as it makes spreading difficult.
