Ingredients to make Kala jamoon ! Irresistably Good !!
- For the outer layer : 1.5 cups : Full fat Milk powder ( i used Nido)

- 1 tbsp : Crushed
- For syrup : 1.5 cups :
- 2 cups :
- Few strands
- 1 tsp : powder
How to make Kala jamoon ! Irresistably Good !!
My Tip:Knead the dough slightly sticky, in the resting process the dough tends to absorb the moisture and turns out dry n crumbly giving us hard time to shape. Do not worry that its sticky , once the dough rests it becomes pliable. Do u want to make less/more quantity ? No problem just keep in mind the white dough has to be double to that of green dough that's it . You can shape them either oval or rounds either ways tastes and looks equally scrumptious ! Fry the jamoon on low to medium heat or else jamoon will be under done in the center and they will not absorb the syrup which is a big No No ! No need of string consistency to the syrup.Once sugar is melted just simmer for few mins and that works best. Make sure to drain the jamoon well before adding to syrup. The syrup has to be warm while adding the jamoon.If the syrup is cool just heat it for few mins while adding. Traditionally they are rolled in desicated coconut just before serving. I did not do that but choice is up to you.
