Ingredients to make Papad Basket Chat

  • Chick Peas (kabuli chana)
  • 2 Papad
  • tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • onion
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • red chilly powder
  • lemon
  • Chat masala
  • oregano
  • Black salt

How to make Papad Basket Chat

  1. Soak Chick Peas overnight and Boil it in a Cooker and keep aside
  2. For Papad Basket. Dip Papad in a water for 20 seconds
  3. Then grease it with oil and put it in a Plastic or Glass bowl
  4. Keep it in a Microwave for 30 seconds
  5. Once it cool down take out of a Bowl
  6. Now chop Onion, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Coriander Leaves
  7. Add Salt, Red chilly Powder, Oregano, Black Salt & squeeze one lemon and mix it well
  8. Put this salad in a Papad Basket and garnish with coriander Leaves

My Tip:

Serve it once you Put salad in a basket. Because Papad gets soft quickly
