Ingredients Serving: 15

  1. Spinach 1bundle
  2. Besan 500gram
  3. Garlic 8cloves
  4. Ajwain 1 tsp
  5. Blackpepper10
  6. Kalanamak 1 tsp
  7. Salt tp taste
  8. 1leamonjuice
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Machine for bhujiya

Instructions

  1. Boil spinach let it cool and crush in mixie jar adding garlic, ajwaaiin, pepper.
  2. Crush proper, add leamon juice in it.
  3. Sieve besan with Maida Net take besan, sieve it and mix palak puree. Add salt in it.
  4. Now in a pan take oil when it hotproper fry bhujiya both side on medium gas both side light pink colour.
  5. Take out in a pan, sprinkle Kalanamak on it. When it cool store in a airtight jar.
  6. Serve guest with tea or coffee crunchy snack. Happy Diwali
