Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Coconut 2 cups
  2. jaggery 1 cup , I have used jaggery powder
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Ghee 2 tsp
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. dry fruits any chopped 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Grind coconut in grinder
  2. Heat a nonstick pan
  3. Add 1/2 cup water
  4. Add jaggery
  5. Boil the syrup
  6. Add coconut and cardamom powder
  7. Add milk , stir for 4_5 mins
  8. Add ghee , saute for 5 mins more
  9. Cook until the mixture turns dry and sticky
  10. Grease a plate with ghee
  11. Spread coconut mixture
  12. Also sprinkle dry fruits over it
  13. Let the mixture cooled down for 15 mins
  14. Sprinkle powdered sugar over it
  15. Cut and serve
