Ingredients to make Roasted crunchy patla poha chidva

  • 1kg. Patla poha
  • 1cup groundnut
  • 1cup Dalia (half chane)
  • Curryleaves
  • 2spoon til(seasame)
  • salt
  • haldi 1/4 tsp
  • Mirchpowder 1 tsp
  • Chatmasala 1 tsp
  • Grind sugar 1 tbsp
  • Roasted papad liye at single pepper (optional)
  • oil

How to make Roasted crunchy patla poha chidva

  1. First clean poha by sieving it. In a thick base kadai Saute poha on medium flame and keep in a side.
  2. Now in pan tKe oil around 150ml.in that add groundnut, daliaa d curry leaves add hing and seasame in it. Stir proper make it light pink.
  3. In poha add salt, haldi and sugar. (don't put on gas.) in that vessel add ready hot oil with nuts. U can add kaju, bAdam too. Coconut too . Mix proper.
  4. Now in a microwave put 10to 12papad (make 2pieces)microwave it for 1minute on 900.
  5. Add papad s small pieces in chidva.
  6. In last sprinkle chat Masala as per ur taste. Add Masala's as per ur taste.
  7. Store in a airtight jar. Enjoy crunchy yummy chidva.

My Tip:

Saute poha in a thick aluminium pan or cooker by stir it proper poha Vll be crunchy I mean kurkure and add hot oil in it we made with nuts, til and curryleaves
