Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. oil 5 table spoon
  3. onion 1 mediumsize
  4. coriander leaves 3 table spoon
  5. salt 1 table spoon
  6. water less than 1 cup or as per needed to bind a little hard dough
  7. Green chillies 2 small
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  9. turmeric Powder - a pinch
  10. Seasomnseeds 1 table spoon


  1. First take wheat flour ,mix all the ingredients well with oil. After use water slowly to make hard dough. U have to dough carefuly, if it becomes soft, it wil nt give perfect taste
  2. Now make balls of equal size from the dough And make round shape like roti by chakla n belan. But it should nt b thin like roti. It shd be thick by 3 tyms than a roti. Now on non stick or regular tawa, u roast it on medium flame, add oil when koki becomes golden brown. Ur delicous n healthy breakfast is ready. U can serve it with curd.
