Paneer Jalebi

Ingredients to make Paneer Jalebi

  • paneer 150 gms
  • Milk 2 tsp
  • sugar 200 gms
  • water 1/2 cup (200 gms cup )
  • saffron strands few
  • small cardamoms 2_3
  • Baking Powder a pinch

How to make Paneer Jalebi

  1. Make paneer
  2. Knead them with milk and baking powder well
  3. Now make small balls
  4. Make ropes out of the balls
  5. Now like jalebi make coils of 2 and half
  6. If crack appears moist your hand and press it with your fingers
  7. Heat oil
  8. Fry the jalebis until they are dark brown
  9. Make sugar syrup of single string consistency with cardamom and saffron strands
  10. Soak the jalebis in warm syrup for few hours minimum 2_3 hrs
