This is our traditional sindhi dish . This you can make of different types like using dry fruits, groundnuts, bengal gram dal, puffed rice, I have made only using dry fruits. But many people use poppy seeds, seasame seeds

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. Pinch of elachi pd
  3. Drop of lemon juice
  4. 2TBSP GHEE
  5. 1 cup chopped mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio )
  6. 1/2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a thick bottom vessel add ghee, add sugar fry well till it changes its color
  2. It should be slightly caramelised
  3. Then add elachi pd an lime juice
  4. Mix well. Then add chopped almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio
  5. Mix well. Then take a rolling board an the roller grease it with oil an then pour the mixture an roll it in the shape of a roti
  6. An after sometimes break it into pieces
