ABOUT Coconut Almond Laddoos/Vegan Coconut Laddu with Almonds RECIPE

No need of ghee, or milk for making this healthy and protein rich laddoos. These laddoos stays prefect for a week in room temperature if they are conserved properly, but trust me they wont stay that much long, as these laddoos are seriously very addictive and you cant just stop with one.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2cup Whole Almonds
  2. 1/4cup Sugar
  3. 1/2cup Dessicated coconut
  4. 2nos Whole cardamoms

Instructions

  1. Take the whole almonds, sugar, dessicated coconut and cardamoms in a blender. Blend everything well until the mixture turns moist.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a plate and roll small balls out of the mixture. Conserve them in an air tightened box.
