Chocolate eclairs

Ingredients to make Chocolate eclairs

  • For eclairs-
  • water 140 ml
  • butter 60g
  • flour 3/4 cup
  • egg 2
  • Pinch of salt
  • For filling-
  • Blue Bird whipp cream box (but you can use any whipp cream)
  • For ganache-
  • Chico chips 1 cup
  • Amul cream 1/2 cup

How to make Chocolate eclairs

  1. In a sauce pan add water and butter and bring to a boil and remove and add flour mix continously. Now put on stove and cook for 2 3 minitues until it starts leaving the pan. Now once done remove and let it cool for while. Now with help of beater beat eggs one by one. Beat until the soft dough is formed. Now in a piping bag fill the batter and make long 3 cm wider strips on parchamen paper and bake for 10 min until golden brown at 210 degree.
  2. Now at the ends with skewers make holes and let it cool now with piping bag filled with whipp cream fill the holes with cream.
  3. Now dip in ganache and chill it in fridge. And serve.
  4. For ganache- Bring the cream to a boil and add choco chips and stir continously and let it cool.

My Tip:

Make sure eclair steps are perfect or your eclairs wont taste perfect.
