Ingredients to make Shzawan pinwheel

  • Refined flour 250gm
  • salt 5gm
  • sugar 12gm
  • yeast 7gm
  • butter 15gm
  • Milk 50ml
  • olive oil 1Tbsp
  • Shzawan ,tomato ,chilli sauce 2tbsp

How to make Shzawan pinwheel

  1. Sieve refined flour, salt together
  2. Dissolve yeast water
  3. Keep it for fermentation
  4. Add butter to the dough &knead
  5. Roll out into rectangular shape&brush olive oil
  6. Sprinkle sauce &roll using swiss roll technique
  7. Bake at 180°for 20 to 25 min

My Tip:

Use half refined flour & half wheat flour for healthier
