Poories made with maida by adding just Salt Pepper and Zeera and applying Ghee while rolling.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 3 cups.
  2. Salt, pepper, zeera to taste.
  3. Ghee 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. Oil while kneading the flour and for deep frying.

Instructions

  1. Take the flour in a big bowl. Add 2 tbsp oil , salt and pepper to taste and knead a tight dough.
  2. Now make balls and roll a roti. Pinch it with a rolling pin. Apply enough ghee and spread maida over it. Now start rolling from one side. Make tight roll.
  3. Now cut horizontally with knife in small rolls. Press in palms from center and roll poories.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry on medium flame. Enjoy your snacks with tea or coffee.
