Ingredients to make BHAKARWADI ( SNACK )
- For dough
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt
- Make a tight and a little hard dough mixing the above ingredients
- For filling :-
- 4 tbsp poppy seeds
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp of asafoetida
- 3 tbsp of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup grated dry coconut
- 2 tbsp red chilly powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp amchur ( dry mango powder )
- salt
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
