Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For 10-12 sticks
  2. 1/2 cup soyabean daal
  3. 1/2cup All purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Soak soyabean daal overnight.
  2. In the morning sieve it and grind it.
  3. Mix maida and prepare soft dough. Give rest the dough for 20 minutes.
  4. Now make balls of dough and roll it like chapati and cut thin strips.
  5. Wrap this strips on icecream sticks like showing in the picture.
  6. Boil water in a pan and pour the ready sticks in boiling water.
  7. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Now remove and rest it in cold water for few minutes.
  9. Bring out and let it dry for few minutes.
  10. Now ready to use.you can store it in fridge for 4-5 days.
