Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 200 gm khoya
  2. 1oo gm chena or indian cottage Chesse
  3. 400 gm sugar
  4. Half tea spn elaichi pwd
  5. 1/4tea spn baking pwd
  6. 2 tbl spn corn starch
  7. 2 tbl spn maida
  8. Some saffron flake
  9. almond for garnishing
  10. 250 gm ghee or oil for frying
  11. 1 tbl spn rose water

Instructions

  1. Take khoya n mashed add chena n mashed it nicely
  2. Add maida cornstarch n baking soda mix all this
  3. Then add elaichi pwd saffron water
  4. Mix all this n make a smooth dough with help of chilled milk
  5. Keep it to covet it for 15 mint
  6. Take sugar n half of its water make chasni add few elaichi pwd n rose water
  7. Now make ball from dough not vry big in size because when we fry it increase double in size
  8. Fry all balls on vry low flame
  9. Put these in hot chasni
  10. Serve hot or chilled as u like
  11. Garnish with almond
