Ingredients to make Instant gits gulaab jamun

  • Gits readymade instant Powder Gulaab jamun
  • water as required
  • sugar
  • cardamom powder

How to make Instant gits gulaab jamun

  1. Knead the powder and make a dough out of it. dough should be bit hard. Not very soft.
  2. After making the dough keep the dough to rest for 5-10 mins. Cover it with any utensil u have
  3. After 5-10 mins make a small balls of dough.
  4. Till, lets make sugar syrup. For this Add enough water to covers all your gulaab jamun balls in a sauce pan. Add half of the sauce pan sugar. Ratio should be equal. And Add cardamom powder stir well. Let all the sugar vanished by boiling and sticky.. it will take hardly 5-8 mins max.
  5. Take a wok
  6. Add oil. And fry the balls into it. Continue stirring otherwise your balls will become black.
  7. Fry it till it becomes very dark in colour because when you will put the balls into the sugar syrup the colour will fade. If u fry the balls in light colour then it will become white in colour after going to syrup. So Fry it till very nice dark colour.
  8. And after frying add this into a hot sugar syrup immediately.
  9. Remember. While frying the balls size will increase and after dropping it into the syrup it will increase more. So dont make such big balls from the dough otherwise u cant eat one in fuller mouth.
  10. You're done. Serve hot or refrigerate it and serve cold.
