Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Oil 2 tsp
  4. Water for dough
  5. Filling:
  6. Boiled potato 2
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Raisin 10-15

Instructions

  1. For dough:
  2. Take maida. Add salt n oil. Mix. Now add water and make soft dough.
  3. For filling:
  4. take a kadhai. Add oil n jeera. Now add potato after mashing it, chilli powder, garam masala, salt n raisin. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. For the Samosa:
  6. Take a small ball from the dough. Make a small this roti. Cut into half.
  7. Make conical shape. put filling and seal it.
  8. Pre heat microwave at 200 degree. Put samosa on baking tray. Brush with oil.
  9. bake for 45 minutes or till golden colour comes.
  10. Serve with chutney, onion and tomato slices.
