Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup whole moong dal sprouts
  2. 1 small onion finely chopped
  3. 1 small cucumber cut in small cubes
  4. 1 quarter slices of apple chopped finely
  5. Handful of lettuce chopped
  6. 1 small tomato finely chopped
  7. 1 Lemon
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1/2 cup hung curd or mayo


  1. Boil water and cook sprouts for max 1 min. It will be a little crunchy.
  2. Drain and let it cool.
  3. Now beat the curd well until creamy. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Now mix all the salad ingredient with sprouts. Add the curd mix.
  5. Mix well to combine. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve and enjoy!!
