Spicy egg curry

Ingredients to make Spicy egg curry

  • Hard boiled eggs 4
  • onion 1 medium size chopped
  • garlic cloves 7
  • ginger chopped 2 tsp
  • tomato 1 big chopped
  • Green chilli 2
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

How to make Spicy egg curry

  1. Gring onion, garlic, tomato and green chilli into a fine paste. keep aside.
  2. Fry eggs in 1 tbsp oil till red.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add fenugreek.
  4. Add grind onion paste in oil, keep on sim flame, fry till oil leaves. It will take more time.
  5. Add all spices powder, fry for 3 to 4 minutes, add water for gravy.
  6. Boil gravy for 5 minutes on sim flame. Cut eggs with a sharp knife and put in gravy, switch off flame, serve hot with chapati.
