Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. badam- half katori
  2. Anjeer-250 gm
  3. Desi ghee - 4 table spoon
  4. milk- half litre
  5. condensed milk-one cup


  1. first of all dip the anjeer in milk for one hour.
  2. after that grind the anjeer in mixer jar
  3. grind the badam. leave some pieces of badam for garnishing
  4. heat the ghee on medium flame
  5. put the badam powder in hot ghee than condensed milk and anjeer paste saute all the things till than brown
  6. when the mixer is smooth and collect it then off the gas and garnish badam on it. this is very healthy halwa.
