Ingredients to make Bundi

  • gram flour 2 bowel
  • sugar 1 bowel + water 1 bowel
  • dry fruit
  • vilaychi powdered
  • food colour green
  • oil for frying

How to make Bundi

  1. 1) upon one gas heat pan add sugar + water and vilaychi powdered for making sugar pak after make off the gas
  2. Anotger gas on heat pan add oil first on low flame
  3. Take a bowel add gram flour add water fir makibg bundi make a batter
  4. Divide batter in two equal part in two bowel or pot in one batter add pinch green coloure mix well
  5. Take bundi zariand make bundi using zarya threw batter in hot oil and remove instantly bundi from oil in another plate like this make both type if bundi
  6. biw threw the bundi in sugar pak mix it and add dry fruit after cooling its ready to eat
