Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. FOR COVERING :- GRATED CARROT ½ KG
  2. SUGAR 4-5 TSP
  3. MAIDA FLOUR ¼ CUP
  4. SUGAR SYRUP :- 4 TBS SPOON SUGAR & 1 TBS WATER BOILED TOGETHER
  5. KHOYA FILLING :-(AS PER TASTE) KHOYA 1/2 CUP (GRATED)
  6. 2 TSP CONDENSED MILK
  7. 1 TSP ALMONDS SLICED(ROASTED)
  8. A PINCH CINNAMON ,
  9. KESAR FEW PISTA & SILVER BALLS
  10. GARNISHING:-SILVER LEAVES, PISTA, KESAR

Instructions

  1. HEAT CARROT SUGAR TOGETHER IN NON STICK PAN FOR 2-5 MINS AND STIR CONTINOUSLY
  2. THEN ADD MAIDA AND MAKE DOUGH
  3. MAKE THIN LAYER FROM DOUGH AND BAKE IT FOR 5-10 MINS AT TEMP180c
  4. CUT LAYER IN SMALL SQUARES
  5. MIX ALL FILLING ITEM TOGETHER
  6. TAKE A SQUARE DIP IN SUGAR SYRUP SPREAD THE FILLING MIXTURE THEN KEEP 1 SQUARE ON TOP LIKE SANDWICH
  7. GARNISH WITH SILVER LEAVES, PISTA, KESAR
