Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw rice 2 bowel
  2. Udad dal 1 bowel
  3. lemon juce + soda 1spoon+ 2 pinch
  4. coconut 50g
  5. curd 1/2 biwel
  6. curry leaf,coriander,green chilly 2 ,cumin seeds+ mustered seeds =1 spoon
  7. turmaric pinch
  8. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Raw rice and udad dal put in water for4 hours
  2. Then make paste ir a thic batter if raw rice and udad dal use mixer
  3. Then add sida abd lemon juces ,salt mix it well put aside for 1 hours
  4. Then take appam pan polish oil and add batter in hole then put on gas cook 2 minute and use spoon to cook upon side cook again 2 minute its ready
  5. Chuttni - take bowel add curd some water
  6. Take small pan add oil after heat oil add cuminseeds mustered seeds cury leaf turmaric salt sone sugarand fry some time and threw upon curd bowel mix it well its ready
