ABOUT Besan Laddoo RECIPE

Winters and besan laddoos are synonymous. Go and binge on these beauties as a little of this health potion will not do any harm..stop counting the calories and binge.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Gramflour/Besan 1 kg
  2. Green Cardamom powder 2 tsp
  3. Ghee 1 cup Powdered sugar
  4. 500 gms Few Slivered Almonds
  5. Few Slivered Pistachio
  6. Few saffron strands
  7. 1/4 cup hot milk

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a wide, thick bottom deep vessel.
  2. Add gram flour and saute on low heat stirring continuously for about 45 minutes or till it is golden brown in color and fragrant.
  3. Add cardamom powder, almond slivers, pistachio and mix .
  4. Remove from heat.Sprinkle hot milk and mix.Let it cool a little.
  5. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  6. While it's still warm, make its balls and cool completely before storing them in airtight container.
