ABOUT Apple Smoothie RECIPE

Apple smoothie: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" its many times we have heard this saying, this means eating an apple everyday, we can keep the doctor away. But what could be better than having a 2min healthy recipe using this magical fruit. Apple is considered a wonderful fruit and eating it provides nutrients to the body and also provides the ability to fight diseases. Apple is rich in Vitamin A, D, K, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, protein and many other useful nutrients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 apples
  2. 2-3 tablespoon sugar
  3. Dry fruits
  4. Milk 1/2 litre

Instructions

  1. Peel off the apples and grate it.
  2. To the graded apples add 2-3 tablespoon sugar ( as per the amount of sweetness you like) and 250 ml milk and mix it well using a mixer grinder or blender
  3. Now once the above has been blended well, add the remaining 250ml milk and churn it properly. (you may add some crushed ice if you want it absolutely chilled)
  4. Now decorate a glass with chocolate sauce on the edges and add the apple smoothie to it, Top it up with your favorite dry fruits and its ready to be served !
