Ingredients to make Corn chaat

  • frozen corn kernels 11/2 cup
  • onion finely cut 1
  • tomato finely cut 1
  • capsicum finely cut 1
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • pomegranate seed powder 1/2 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • small sev for garnishing

How to make Corn chaat

  1. Put the corn kernels in water for a minute,
  2. Drain it and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add chopped veggies and spice powders. Give a stir.
