Ingredients to make Paniyaram

  • 1 cup powdered jaggry
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 ripe banana
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp coconut bits
  • 1 tbsp broken cashews

How to make Paniyaram

  1. Method Take a bowl add banana mash well then add all the ingredients mix well if it is thick just add water little mix make idly batter consistency
  2. Heat the Kadai add enough oil
  3. When oil is hot take a spoon scoop the batter and drop slowly into oil Fry till golden brown in color on a low flame
  4. Yummy and tasty paniyaram is ready when I was 10 years my grandma use to make this but without cashew so I dedicate this dish to my grandma .
