Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for covering:-
  2. 400 gm besan flour
  3. 100 gm wheat flour
  4. salt, red chilli, turmeric & oil as per requirement.
  5. For filling:-
  6. 200 gm besan flour
  7. 100 gm besan sev
  8. 25 gm dry coconut
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tbsp khuskhus
  11. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  12. 1 tbsp dhana jiru
  13. salt, chilli, sugar, & amchur
  14. for chutney:-
  15. 50 gm Singh
  16. 10 pieces garlic
  17. 1 tbsp chilli
  18. salt & sugar and crush it n make chutney.
  19. during crushing it pour water in to it.

Instructions

  1. First prepare besan flour & wheat flour dove strong & put some salt & turmeric & oil in to it. Besan flour put salt, chilli & oil and make the paste. Then fry the bhajiya. And as and when the bhajiya cools down stir the sugar in to it &
  2. The besan sev in to it. Then crush the dry coconut n mix it in the mixture. Then mix the cooked tal,khuskhus,salt,garam masala,dhan jiru,sugar& amchur in to it. Now spread the thin layer of the dove n spread this filling in to it n roll
  3. it n cut it press it n fry it.
