Ingredients to make pan glory

  • 400 gm mawa
  • 300 gm cashwenuts
  • tutifruiti 50 gm
  • sugar 200 gm
  • crushed sugar 95 gm
  • ghee 50 gm
  • elachi 10 gm
  • kesar 12 piece
  • almond 1 spoon paste
  • pista paste 1 spoon
  • red paste 1 spoon
  • green color 3 drops
  • Silver foil

How to make pan glory

  1. Put the powder of elachi n sugar. Cursh the mawa in to it n put the Brown sugar n elachi powder in to it. M divide it into 4 parts.
  2. Take the red mawa n take some ghee in hands n speed a thin layer of it n spread tutifruiti on it
  3. Now roll the three rolls one by one n cool it for some hour
