Ingredients to make Sweet corn chaat

  • 3 cups boiled sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped coriander and mint leaves
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste

How to make Sweet corn chaat

  1. Take a large bowl, add boiled sweet corn kernels, onions, tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves and mix well with a spoon.
  2. Squeeze lemon and add the juice along with salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala powder and mix well.
