It is also gluten free and is a great alternative for people who are gluten-intolerant. Sweet corn chaat is a healthy and delicious recipe that can be assembled in just 2 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups boiled sweet corn kernels
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup freshly chopped coriander and mint leaves
  5. 1/4 lemon
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl, add boiled sweet corn kernels, onions, tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves and mix well with a spoon.
  2. Squeeze lemon and add the juice along with salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala powder and mix well.
  3. Divide into bowls and serve.
