Ingredients to make Thokkudu laddoo

  • besan 1cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • ghee 1cup
  • cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • cashew nuts 2tbsp

How to make Thokkudu laddoo

  1. Mix besan with enough water to make it a stiff dough .Make a murukulu with murukulu press.
  2. Make a Chakkali into a fine powder with the help of mixer grinder.
  3. Now make a sugar syrup with one string consistency( make sure it should be one string consistency) in this add above besan powder, cardamom powder ,ghee and mix well.
  4. Now make a even size laddoos .Garnish with cashews.
