A delicious sweet made with paneer .just few ingredients and these yummy ladoos are ready ,perfect for all.festive ocasssions.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. paneer 200gms
  2. Condensed milk 200 gms
  3. Generous pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tablespoon milk
  4. cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. ghee 1 teaspoon


  1. Crumble the paneer and keep aside .
  2. Grind crumbled paneer and condensed milk together in a blender to a paste .
  3. In a non stick pan add the paste and cook on low flame .
  4. Add cardamom powder and ghee and keep stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan .
  5. Add saffron and mix well . You will see that the mixture begins to thicken .
  6. Continue to stir till it starts leaving the sides.
  7. Once it reaches this stage switch the flame off.
  8. Remove the mixture in a plate greased with ghee .
  9. Let it cool .
  10. Knead it with palm of your hands to a dough.
  11. Divide into equal balls and shape into Ladoo.
  12. You can stick almonds or pista silver on the Ladoo.
