Ingredients to make Gajar ka halwa

  • carrots 1/2 kg
  • Milk 3/4 litre
  • sugar 2 tbs
  • Dryfruits chopped 1 tbs

How to make Gajar ka halwa

  1. Grate the carrots after washing.
  2. Add milk in heavy bottom pan and add carrots in it.let it cook for 20-30 minutes till the carrots are completely cooked and milk is all absorbed.add sugar in it.
  3. Garnish with chopped dryfruits.
