It is a fusion of Beet and coconut barfi. Rich red colour.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. One cup grated Beet
  2. 2cups coconut powder
  3. 1 cup Khoya
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate beet In a Pan add ghee and roast beet on very slow gas
  2. After 10 minutes add khoya and mix well Mix water and sugar and boil for 5 minutes. One thread consistency. Add coconut powder and mix well Add sugar syrup and cardamom powder. At this stage u can add 1 tsp. Ghee for shine Mix well and when mixture leaves pan . It is done In a greased plate pour the mixture. Cut in desired shape and serve
