Bread Dahi Vada

Ingredients to make Bread Dahi Vada

  • White Bread Slices:- 10-12 pieces
  • Fresh yoghurt :- 1 cup
  • Water :- Little to dilute yoghurt
  • chilli powder:- 1 tsp
  • sugar :- 1 tbsp
  • oil to fry

How to make Bread Dahi Vada

  1. Mix the yogurt, water, salt, chilli powder and sugar together and set it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry till all the bread slices turn a little brown in colour.
  3. Dip all the fried bread one by one into the yogurt mixture and arrange it in a serving plate or bowl.
  4. While serving pour some more yogurt on top and serve it immediately.

My Tip:

You can also garnish it with dates chutney and green chutney on top.
