Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Chinese Fried Rice

  • rice 1 cup
  • carrot 1 small sized
  • French beans- 4
  • cabbage 1/2 cup, chopped finely
  • onion 1
  • garlic pods 5
  • salt to taste
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • water 2 cups

How to make Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Boil the rice in water till it's 90% done.
  2. Saute all the chopped vegetables with the onion and garlic on a high flame with salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix in the cooked rice with the vegetables, then add in the soya, chilli sauce, vinegar and black pepper.
  4. Serve it alongside any gravy.

My Tip:

Do not over boil the rice. The vegetables should be a little crunchy.
