- semolina/ Suji 2 cups
- garlic finely chopped, 2 cloves
- turmeric a pinch (optional)
- curry leaves, a handful
- Black mustard seeds 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- green chillies 3-4, finely chopped
- oil 2 tbsp
- peanuts- a handful
- onion 1 medium sized, finely chopped
- coriander leaves- a handful, finely chopped
