Masala Papad

Ingredients to make Masala Papad

  • 4 plain pieces of moong dal papad
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • lemon juice 1-2 tsp

How to make Masala Papad

  1. Roast the papads on a non-stick tawa. Then cut the papads in any desired shape.
  2. Cut the onions and tomatoes into small cube shapes. Then place the onions and tomatoes on the papads.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and pour the lemon juice on top.
  4. Serve it instantly.

My Tip:

You can also add ground nuts with onions and tomatoes.
