Ingredients to make Immunity Booster

  • Kiwi 1 whole
  • plum 2 -3
  • Slices of pineapple 4-5 slices
  • sugar 2 teaspoon or as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • Black salt as per taste (optional)
  • ginger 1" inch
  • mint leaves 8-10

How to make Immunity Booster

  1. Wash the kiwi and plum. Then remove the peel of the kiwi.
  2. Chop all the fruits and put them into the mixer jar. Add sugar, salt, black salt (optional), ginger and mint leaves. Grind this with a little water.
  3. Garnish it with chopped plum and a few mint leaves.
  4. Serve this chilled in a glass.

My Tip:

You may add some ice according to the weather or as per your liking.
