Ingredients to make Mango Piyush

  • mango/ Kesar Srikhand 4 tbsp (I used a store brought one)
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • water 2 cups
  • 1 slice of mango
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • To garnish:
  • Few pistachios
  • Few strands of kesar/ saffron

How to make Mango Piyush

  1. Blend all the wet ingredients together on a medium speed in a blender.
  2. Garnish with pistachios and strands of kesar.
