ABOUT Banana Mango Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie RECIPE

This is an ultra-simple, creamy, light, delicious and healthy smoothie. If you don't make smoothies very often then give this super-quick, super-easy smoothie a try. It's cold and not too sweet but very refreshing. The greek yogurt is cool and tangy and a good ripe banana provides all the sweetness you need. This smoothie contains a boost of vitamins which is a great way to start your day.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium sized ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  2. 2 tablespoon fresh or frozen blueberries
  3. 90 grams blueberry greek yogurt
  4. 90 grams mango greek yogurt
  5. 1 cup low-fat milk
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  7. For garnishing:
  8. Few mint leaves
  9. Few blueberries, fresh or frozen (I have used frozen)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients except for the mint in a high-power blender and blend until it's smooth.
  2. Pour this smoothie into two glasses.
  3. Garnish with blueberries, mint and serve immediately.
