ABOUT Boondi Raita RECIPE

Raitas are always easy and quick to make. They go very well with any paratha or any variety of rice. Here I have used kara boondi / spicy boondi to prepare this raita. Just follow the below step by step method of preparation.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yogurt (curd) 1 cup
  2. Kara boondi/ Spicy boondi 1/2 cup
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 sp
  5. Salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Whisk the curd till it forms a smooth consistency.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the curd and give it a quick stir.
  3. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder on top and serve it immediately.
