- (curd) 1 cup
- Kara boondi/ Spicy boondi 1/2 cup
- powder 1 tsp
- Roasted powder 1/2 sp

How to make Boondi Raita
My Tip:Chat masala can also be used here to add a chatpata taste. Serve it immediately after mixing boondi to the curd, otherwise the crunchiness of the boondi goes away and becomes soggy. If you like your boondi raita to be soft, then you can mix and keep it aside for a while before serving.
