Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw papaya 1, washed, peeled and grated
  2. Vinegar 1 tsp
  3. Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  4. Salt as desired
  5. Turmeric powder & Chilli powder 1 tsp each
  6. Garlic juice 1 tsp, crushed and only juice is used
  7. A few spinach leaves & carrot pieces
  8. Oil for tempering
  9. Musturd seeds 1 tsp
  10. Biscuits Namkeen 5-6 pieces
  11. Peanuts roasted 2 tsp
  12. Sev namkeen 2 tsp
  13. Onion 1 chopped
  14. Tomato 1 chopped
  15. Few coriander leaves
  16. Green chillies 4-5 chopped
  17. Tamarind chutney 1 tsp
  18. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Powdered sugar 4 tsp
  21. Bread 2-3 slices
  22. Malai/ Cream 3 tsp
  23. Chocolate sauce 2 tsp
  24. Honey 1 tsp
  25. Cashews and grated coconut to garnish

Instructions

  1. To prepare the raw papaya salad, remove the peel of the papaya and grate it. Put it in a bowl. Then add in the garlic juice along with the lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder in it. Mix it well together.
  2. Prepare a tempering of the mustard seeds in oil. Pour this over the raw papaya salad. Garnish it with spinach leaves and carrots. It is ready to be served.
  3. For the biscuit chaat, crush 4-5 namkeen biscuits, then add in the chopped onion, tomatoes and chillies. Then add in the chutney, salt and chaat masala. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  4. For the bread chocolate rasgullas, take the bread slices, crush them well and add in the malai, sugar and jam in it. Make round shapes like rasgullas and top it with the chocolate sauce and honey. Garnish with cashews and grated coconut.
