ABOUT Ice Cream Candy RECIPE

A delicious and soft recipe that is made without an ice cream maker.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 500 ml full fat milk
  2. 1 bowl of cold milk
  3. 9 tbsp sugar
  4. 1- 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  5. 1-1/2 tbsp corn flour
  6. 1- 1/2 tsp G.M.S powder
  7. 1/8 tsp C.M.C powder
  8. 1 cup heavy cream
  9. Few drops of vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Take the small bowl of cold milk, then add in the milk powder, corn flour, G. M. S, C. M. C and mix it well together.
  2. Next, take the 500 ml milk and sugar, boil it together for 15 minutes. Now pour in the milk mixture into this boiled milk and mix it well together. Turn off the stove and let it cool at room temperature.
  3. Now keep this mixture in the freezer to set for 1 and 1/2 hour.
  4. After this time, add in the cream and essence and beat well till it doubles in size. Pour it into candy moulds and keep it in the freezer for 7 hours to set.
