Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tender coconut - 2 cups
  2. Tender coconut water- 2 cups
  3. China grass - 10 gms
  4. Condensed milk - 1 tin
  5. Milk - 1 ½ cup
  6. Water - ½ glass
  7. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  8. Cashews - 10

Instructions

  1. Break the china grass into small pieces, soak it in hot water and boil. Keep aside.
  2. Grind both tender coconut and water in a mixer. Keep aside.
  3. Boil milk together with condensed milk and sugar.
  4. Add the milk and tender coconut paste to the china grass mixture and mix well. Pour it into a bowl, and let it cool.
  5. Cool the mixture, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  6. Garnish, the pudding with roasted cashews. Serve chilled
