ABOUT Schezwan Fried Rice RECIPE

A Chinese main course rice dish flavoured with schezwan sauce and veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled rice 2 cups
  2. Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
  3. Carrot chopped 2 tbsp
  4. Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Beans chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Corn 2 tbsp
  7. Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Spring onions 2 tbsp


  1. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil in it.
  2. Then add in the onions and saute for a few minutes. Next add in the carrot, beans, corns, capsicum and saute it for a few minutes
  3. Add in the salt and rice, mix it well together.
  4. Next add in the schezwan sauce, mix it well and cook for another 2 minutes. Add in the spring onions and toss it well.
  5. Turn off the gas and serve it hot.
