Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 5 heaped tablespoons of Yogurt
  2. 1/4 tsp Jeera ( cumin seeds )
  3. 1/2 inch piece of Ginger
  4. 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  5. 3-4 leaves Fresh peppermint leaves ( pudina)
  6. Salt/Sendha namak or Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. whisk the yogurt with half glass water in mixie for 20 seconds.
  2. Roast the cumin seeds ( jeera ) in a frying pan and grind to powder.
  3. Make a paste of ginger piece.
  4. Add all of the above to the Lassi
  5. Add salt OR sugar to taste
  6. Add pudina leaves and Drink it cold !!
