Ingredients to make Corn Sandwich

  • 1 medium sized sweet corn
  • 1/2 tbsp chat powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cheese
  • Extra butter as required

How to make Corn Sandwich

  1. Boil the corn and let it cook for a few minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add in the chopped tomato, chopped garlic, then add in the chat masala and black pepper powder.
  3. Add in the cheese and boiled corn and cook it for another 2 minutes. The stuffing is ready for the filling.
  4. Take a bread and fill it with this stuffing, then grill it. (You can also grill this corn sandwich in the oven.)
  5. Serve this corn sandwich with tomato sauce and some french fries.
