Chinese Finger Rolls

Ingredients to make Chinese Finger Rolls

  • capsicum 50 gm
  • cabbage 50 gm
  • carrot 50 gm
  • cauliflower 50 gm
  • salt to taste
  • cornflour 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli pasta 1 tsp
  • oil for deep frying
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3 tsp schezwan sauce
  • 3 tsp tomato ketchup
  • Cheese to sprinkle on top

How to make Chinese Finger Rolls

  1. Chop or grate all the vegetables. Then add in the salt and set it aside for 5-10 minutes. After this time, squeeze out the excess water.
  2. Now add in the cornflour, green chilli paste and mix it well together. Divide it into small portions and give it the shape of fingers.
  3. Deep fry all all of these fingers in batches. Then drain and keep aside.
  4. To prepare the sauce, heat oil in a pan, then add in the chopped garlic and saute. Next, add in the schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup.
  5. Now add in the chinese finger rolls and mix it well together.
  6. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top before serving it.
